The market is due for a pullback. However, I suggest spending time analyzing monthly charts across the market. Since the 1980s, the monthly squeeze on the S&P 500 (SPX) has printed 11 out of 12 times, causing a massive push for the market. Since the squeeze officially fired long, the market could head towards $5,100 in the first Quarter of this upcoming year.

Merry pre-Christmas! The Big 3 shows 9 out of 10 across the daily charts, remaining bullish. Tesla (TSLA) and Google (GOOGL) remain my top two watch list picks. The monthly squeeze on the S&P 500 (SPX) officially fired to the upside.

The S&P 500 (SPX) is nearing all-time high and could reach $4,800 before the end of the year. Although the market is overextended, on a monthly chart, the Big 3 signal and Monthly squeeze are aligning for the first time since the fall of 2020. Be careful calling the top, but also be careful getting short and going against a squeeze setting up to the upside.

The Nasdaq (QQQ) looks poised for a push toward $400 and then up to the highs near $408. The weekly squeeze fired three weeks ago, so the party has just begun. Many new daily Big 3 squeezes appeared in names like AMZN, GOOGL, TSLA, SMH, and the QQQ. If the QQQ daily squeeze fires, we could see these names follow suit, assuming Powell doesn’t crash the market.

Tesla (TSLA) printed a new daily squeeze on Friday. With multiple squeezes on smaller time frames, plus the weekly squeeze, Tesla is setting up for the ideal perfect setup. The only thing I’m waiting for is if momentum can cross back above the zero line. Google (GOOGL) has a weekly squeeze with a buy signal. Let’s see if the squeeze takes Google toward $150.

On Monday, the QQQ pulled back to the 21 exponential moving average (EMA) and printed a Big 3 Buy signal on the daily and weekly charts. This could be the spot where QQQ finds support and moves higher. Vice versa, if the QQQ breaks below the 21 EMA, we could see more selling…
